Fan projects of Nintendo games, and even famous videos called Let's Plays, have repeatedly taken hit after hit and been removed due to Nintendo. However, accorsing to this article, Nintendo is going to give people free reign, to an extent which is not clear at this time.

Do you think this is a step forward for Nintendo? Or could this lead to more issues online?
