Favorite Mario Kart character of all time?

I wanted to ask this question because the MK8 DLC is close to approaching us. So, what's your all time favorite Mario Kart character? (Note: This doesn't apply to just MK8, if you couldn't already tell, it applies to all Mario Kart games)

Mine is Rosalina. Why? I honestly don't know. It's not because of her appearance, her being a Heavyweight character, her Karts/Bikes or anything...I just like her. I always seem to win in MK8 with her, but other than that and liking her for no other reason, I honestly don't know. Regardless, she's Number 1 in my book. (For now, at least)

Luigi, because Mario and Metal Mario are too mainstream.

It has to be Rosalina for me too, just because she seems like a nice and calm person. And I must say that she is well on the eye too.

Nah, my favorite character is Shy Guy, formed a bond with the little guy in MKDS
