It seems like these day, you can't go onto any forum, chatbox, or news site devoted to gaming without seeing fanboy wars break out at some point. Even fanboys within certain companies; like Nintendo fans arguing over series. These fights may escalate to banning on some sights, cursing, and generally making a fool out of yourself. I'll admit that at least to some extent, I've participated in such events, and I know many that have too. I think, however, that while speculation (which is part of some fanboy wars) and debating is good, it is and has been since the beginning of creation a veil over what's...

Can you outbluff Phoenix Wright?

"Patience is a Virtue in Poker." That was one of the many helpful hints given by stationary NPCs in this poker game, and it also summarizes the game fairly well. There is no tutorial to teach anyone who doesn't know how to play Texas Hold'em, the version of Poker playable in this game, and the only way to learn trial and error if you don't already know how to play. This writer hadn't played Poker in 5 years, and it was a rough transition, and that was with a basic understanding of the rules.

Starting the game, you are either a overweight...

A Wild and Bumpy Ride

Renegade Kid's DS racer ATV Wild Ride was ported to the 3DS eShop last year with a huge improvement upon its DS release, online multiplayer. More impressive is the fact Renegade Kid managed to lock the game in at 60 FPS in full 3D, and in wifi too. A very impressive feat considering the number of available racers on the eShop. While the framerate is silky smooth, what was the cost to the final game?
Not much actually, most of these flaws can be overlooked if you are looking for a fun arcade...

When Pure Chess was announced, it caused a large number of Nintendo fans heads to turn. Not only does the game feature this, but the game goes all out to display beautiful graphics regardless of the version you play.

The 3DS version really comes to life with the 3D, having the same great 3D effect like earlier Nintendo releases, Mario...
