At E3's Nintendo Digital Event, we saw new information about Hyrule Warriors for the Nintendo Wii U. There was even some game-play at the Nintendo Treehouse Live at E3. However, for those who don't know what Hyrule Warriors is, let me get into the basics.
Hyrule Warriors uses Dynasty Warriors style game-play, but uses the characters and settings from the Zelda series. You can use many characters throughout the game, those of which we'll get into later. While combat is far more advanced than it is in the main Zelda series, you can use items from the Zelda series, such as the Swords, Bombs, etc. Like any other Zelda game, you will collect items throughout the game, most at this point in time though are unknown, and will remain so until the game is released.  For the first time in the series, you can fight tons of hordes of minor enemies from the Zelda series, often where a boss is likely to appear, requiring you to think quickly, but at the same time, think strategically. You will have many allies fighting alongside you, you will be fighting in stages from the Zelda series, and there are many other items and weapons to collect in the world. Phew, let's get down to news now.

The game will be scheduled to release in North America and Europe on September 26th, 2014. It will also feature Princess Zelda and Midna as two of the characters that are playable. Are you hyped to buy this new title? Post a comment in the section below.
